We are always looking for volunteer club leaders!
Club Instructor Information:
· Clubs meet once per week for 6 weeks
· Club instructors should plan to be at Prescott from 3:30 until 5:00
This includes
· Arriving before 3:30 in order to find parking and be in the building by 3:30
· Time to collect materials- if you do not let us know ahead of time, you should arrive at 3:15
· Supervision of snack time, getting students signed in
· Club time from 4:00-4:40 or so (save some time for clean up)
· Dismissal at 4:45
· Staying until as late as 5:00 until all students have been accounted for
· I need to know 4th quarter club instructors by Wednesday, February 29th at the latest.
This includes
· Day club will meet
· Age group of the club
· Title of the club
· Rough idea of club content to include in registration
· Outline of club meetings, club paperwork, and orientation can come in the week between this and clubs beginning
· Volunteers are always welcome. They still have to do background checks and other paperwork.
· Pay for clubs is $10/hr. Clubs like DI, Rising Stars, and language clubs would pay $18/hr. Other subject areas would require a great explanation for a higher pay rate.
